Bloomberg group candidate survey may be more useful to pro-gun activists

No, of course I don’t. Besides, some of my best friends are smugglers. [More]
Today’s Gun Rights Examiner report notes a test that could end up being a final exam for some Democrats in close races who wish they didn’t have to take it.

Take the Poll

Make a Prozi cry. [More]

Today's Five-Minute Activism

ACTION:  Contact your Senators and urge them to vote for the Cornyn, Paul, Cruz, Wicker, and Lee amendments.  And, if Harry Reid tries to shut out amendments, ask them to oppose cloture on the bill. [More]
Help GOA derail the Harry Reid Preservation Act.

See how easy that was?
If you live in a state like California, find a worthy senator in another state to support, or a candidate like this guy.

You can tell. [More]

"I Just Like Killing Someone"

Thankfully, all the Prozis like to remind us Obama's not really an anti-gun president because  he signed some credit card bill he wanted and allowed a rider about letting checked guns to be transported on Amtrak. [More]

A Prozi Victim's Advocate

John Walsh Takes on NRA, Vows to Continue Piers Morgan's Gun-Control Campaign on CNN [More]

Let's see, police couldn't prevent horrible violence from being visited on your son, they suspected you, and they never did get a conviction on the suspect because, among other things, they lost key evidence.

So naturally you've become a nationally famous (and rich) victim's advocate by sucking up to the police state and advocating for potential victim disarmament.  With "progressives," every day is Opposite Day.

Go to hell, Walsh, with your ludicrous hyperbole about "80-year-old grammar teachers" and your stupid suggestion that GPS in guns is "not Big Brother."

Any sympathy I ever had for you is dead. You murdered it.

Oh My God, You Killed Kenny!

That does not sound like a bad thing based on the story told here. [More]

Be interesting to see how this one unwinds, what with one guy in custody and the other on the loose.

We're the Only Ones Uncharged Enough

Not only that, but he made it home at the end of his shift! [More]

Did I ever tell you about my friend Howard?  I'm sure if someone yelled at him while he was walking, he'd have turned to see who it was, too.

My, how times have changed.

Join the Debate?

Once he resorts to insults like "current phallo-gun open-carry nuts," that is, immediately, comment poster "Burk" reveals himself to be a sadist/psychopath and an infiltrator/disruptor, and is owed no more consideration in the virtual world than you would give an assailant in the real one -- aside from repelling him. [More]

We're the Only Ones Shell-Shocked Enough

The shaken Onegiu then instinctively reached for his firearm and shot the fleeing reptile dead. [More]
"Fleeing"? So it responded defensively after he attacked it and then tried to get away, so he shot it to death?

Some things are universal.

Still, thank goodness this happened in Uganda, where "The regulation of guns ... is categorised as restrictive," or who knows what mayhem may have resulted? And thank goodness this didn't happen, say, near the Bundy Ranch, where he'd have run into a whole 'nother set of problems.

I just realized -- it's time for lunch.

We're the Only Ones All Fired Up Enough

See, this is why we need New York-style "gun control" everywhere, Only Ones exempted, of course.[More]

We're the Only Ones Wrongfully Disarmed Enough

Ikea apologizes, says "weapon free" policy does not apply to law enforcement [More]
Thank goodness they did the right thing and ended up recognizing the superior trustworthiness of our community heroes!  I can't imagine what a pain it would be if I had to find some other place to buy cheap pressboard crap that sags when you put any weight on it.

And the Subversion Continues

Gee, why do you suppose this is really happening? [More]

And how come it's not discrimination when it involves a James Taylor concert for Obama?

Authorized Journalists on Parade

I took the screen shot in case they edit the text. These are the people Joe Biden calls "legitimate news media" and Dianne Feinstein calls "real reporters."

What else would we expect from "A Gannett Company," renowned for the journalistic integrity standards they set when it comes to firearms issues? Besides, it's not like metroscribes in Arizona have access to people they could consult with who know anything about guns ... and it's not like they'd be interested anyway.

Then again, perhaps it was a FrankenRuger...

The Long, Hot Summer

Enjoy, Golden Staters! [More]

It was the Only Ones who got you into a town-burning riot the last time, too.  Just look what the guy who wrote this HuffPo piece said about that:
“There will be another Rodney King,” said Earl Ofari Hutchison of the Urban Policy Roundtable.

And enjoy, Only Ones: These Prozis who expect you to do their insatiable bidding nonetheless hate you while you employ violence on their behalf, and will throw you under the bus at the first opportunity.

When things erupt again, there are going to be some people who find themselves defenseless and terrified -- and others who never gave a damn about all those "common sense gun safety laws"in the first place. Some of them are pretty scary.

Not that all "outlaws" will necessarily be the bad guys...

COSTCO Members Only

Why not make it "progressive" members only?  After all, COSTCO's agenda could not be more clear.

Their ideology:
Costco removing D'Souza's 'America' from shelves
Who they support:
When he takes the stage Wednesday night at the Democratic National Convention, Costco co-founder Jim Sinegal will try to offer a successful CEO’s case that President Obama has been good for the economy and business.
What they think about your right to keep and bear arms:
Costco policy prohibits firearms to be brought into the warehouse, except in the case of authorized law enforcement officers.
Obviously, they can do what they like. So can you.

Why anyone who is not a "progressive" would have anything to do with this company is a matter for introspection, although if you are friends or relatives with a member, don't be shy about urging them to do the right thing. And if you decide to withdraw your patronage, why not go a step further and take full advantage of their return/refund policy?

We gun owners can do one other thing: Contact Sentry and tell them there are other manufacturers you prefer to give your business to because they aren't sleeping with the enemy.
