We're the Only Ones On Target Enough

I had to scroll-magnify because I didn't see a full screen video option. [Watch]

The shooting happens @ 58 seconds in. Someone with the capability to break this down needs to analyze if the guy started to suddenly move his hands downward before the first shot was fired or as a reaction to being hit, as it seems awful close to me.

What do you think?  And can anybody here do that, and post a frame-by-frame comparison to a sound track graph?

UPDATE: There's a second video but the DA has not released it yet.

David,

It looks to me like a classic case of "Failure to Grovel". Of course the cops will use the Waingro excuse, because it works 99.9% of the time. The proliferation of video has only made a small dent in their free reign to rule by whim. What we are beginnign to see with the "black lives matter" crowd murdering white cops, is he inevitable expresion of the cop's loss of legitimacy.

Now apply this principle to the Waco biker murders. The truth will eventually be exposed. God help us all.

Don’t forget to correct for the speed-of-sound issues. This video was taken at some distance. The sound of the shot is going to arrive smewhat after the actual shot, so this guy was already shot before the camera hears it. This would tend to support the hypoethesis that this guy was shot before his hands started lowering.
